Silver Key Lounge House Rules
New Fees Go into Effect as of February 1st, 2023
Table Fee: Our table fee is $10, but the fee is waived if sales exceed the fee cost. This fee renews every 2 hours. We love that you want to spend time with us, but we also must afford to keep the doors open. So, if you just help support the business every couple hours, the fee should never become an issue.
(New) Library Maintenance Fee: Over the last two years, our games have seen many players. Unfortunately, over time, these games begin to show wear and tear, and unfortunately have had some damage or pieces gone missing. So, we now must begin to charge guests that use games from our library a simple $1 fee per person to their bill to help maintain, repair, or replace some of these worn-out games. We didn't want to have to make this a mandatory fee, but this will help us give you more choices in the library as well as updated new copies of fan favorites.
No Personal Drink Containers: This rule has to now be enforced due to the Arizona Liquor Control Commision's crackdown on this State Law. We can no longer allow any drink containers inside our lounge. We have always had water cups available next to our soda fountain machine. Please understand that this is a law and not our rule.
Private Room Reservations: Due to many no show, no call to cancel reservations, or day of cancellations, we are now only reserving the private room for those who will prepay for the reservation. You will have a 24-hour cancellation period from the time your reservation is to begin for a full refund. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, you will not receive a refund as it is very difficult to resell the room in such a short period of time.
